Our promise
We collect only what we need to give you a quote and do your job — your name, phone number, email (if you share it), the town or address where the work is, and the details you tell us about the project. We don't sell it, and we don't share it for marketing.

When you fill out the estimate form, call, or text us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email (optional), the service you're interested in, the town or job address, and your message about the work. We may also keep notes from our conversations so we can follow up.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your estimate, schedule an on-site visit, prepare a quote, and — if you hire us — to carry out and manage the work. We may also use it to answer your questions or follow up after a job is done.
Who sees it
Only the people at RMN General Construction who need it to do the work. We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it when required by law, or with a service we use to run our business (for example, a phone or email provider) under their own privacy rules.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to do the work and handle any follow-up, and then for a reasonable period for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

The Site may use basic cookies or analytics to understand how visitors use it (for example, which pages are most viewed). This data is aggregated and is not tied to your name or contact details.
